Where Your Data Lives
Conversations, bookings, and business information are stored in a managed cloud database. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) between your browser, our servers, and our messaging provider.
Who Can See Conversations
- You, every conversation with your customers is visible in your dashboard, and only to your account.
- CallKatch staff, limited access for support and troubleshooting only.
- Other businesses on CallKatch can never see your conversations or customer information.
How Replies Are Generated
Message content is processed by trusted third-party technology providers to generate replies. We do not use your conversations to train our own models. Our providers' data handling is governed by their business terms.
Customer Opt-Out
Any SMS recipient can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. See our SMS Terms.
Data & Account Deletion
To request an export of your data or deletion of your account and its data, email alex@callkatch.com from your account email. We will confirm and complete the request.
When the Assistant Is Unsure
The assistant only answers from the information you provide. When it cannot answer safely, it tells the customer it will have you follow up, and you are alerted, it does not invent answers.
