The Service

CallKatch provides a dedicated business phone number and automated SMS assistant for beauty businesses. When a call to your CallKatch number goes unanswered, the service texts the caller back, answers questions using the information you have configured, and can book appointments by text.

Availability & Currency

CallKatch is currently available for businesses in the United States. All plans are billed in US dollars (USD).

Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information (services, prices, hours, policies) the assistant uses to reply to your customers.
  • You must have the right to use the phone number you connect and to receive text conversations from your customers.

Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the service stops responding to missed calls but your account and data are retained so you can pick up where you left off.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or by contacting alex@callkatch.com. Cancellation stops future charges; your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for legitimate business communication with your own customers.
  • Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Text messaging must comply with applicable laws and carrier rules; recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Automated Responses

Replies are generated automatically from the information you provide. While the assistant is designed to say when it is unsure rather than guess, you are responsible for reviewing conversations and correcting any business information that leads to inaccurate replies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in your dashboard.
