Step-by-Step Call Forwarding Setup:
📱 Mobile Phone (iPhone/Android)
  1. Open your Phone app
  2. Go to Settings or Call Settings
  3. Find "Call Forwarding" or "Forward Calls"
  4. Select "Forward when busy" or "Forward when unanswered"
  5. Enter your CallKatch number
  6. Save and test by calling yourself
☎️ Landline/Office Phone
  1. Pick up your phone and listen for dial tone
  2. Dial *72 (or *71 for busy line forwarding)
  3. Enter your CallKatch number
  4. Wait for confirmation tone
  5. Hang up - forwarding is now active
  6. To disable: dial *73
